Who this policy covers
This policy covers visitors to nawapower.com and people who contact Nawa about the website or a business inquiry. Nawa is responsible for deciding how personal information within this scope is used.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email taher@nawapower.com. Processing of customer workloads, employee records, and data handled under a separate service agreement requires the notices and contractual terms applicable to that relationship.
Information we handle
Business inquiries: when you email us, we receive the contact details, company or role, location, project information, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We also receive ordinary email metadata and keep correspondence needed to respond.
Website traffic: our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes connection and request information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referring page where supplied, request time, and security signals to deliver and protect the website. A requested URL may include query parameters, so avoid putting personal or confidential information in links or model scenarios.
Website inquiries ask for your name, work email, company, geography, and message. Required fields are marked. We use this information to assess and respond to your request; without contact details, we may be unable to reply.
The public website has no account registration or checkout and does not request payment card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information. Please do not include them in an inquiry.
Why information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand requirements, evaluate a potential business relationship, and maintain relevant correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, fraud and abuse prevention, and security. Information may also be needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where European, UK, or similar data protection law requires a lawful basis, ordinary business communication and site security rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Steps you request before entering a contract may rely on pre-contractual necessity where you are the prospective contracting party. Legal obligations are a separate basis where applicable. If we ask for consent for an optional use, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. This website has no marketing subscription feature, advertising pixels, or connected behavioural analytics provider. We do not use website information for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Booking a call
Our booking link opens Cal.com, where you can choose an appointment and provide the contact details requested there. Cal.com and the connected calendar or meeting provider process the information needed to arrange the meeting. Their privacy notices describe their own processing. Nawa receives the booking information needed to manage and attend the meeting.
The scheduler is linked rather than embedded, so opening a Nawa page does not load Cal.com tracking or send it your form entries.
How long information is kept
Inquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to respond and manage the relevant discussion or business relationship. Retention depends on whether a discussion remains active, whether it becomes a contract, and whether records are needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. We delete or anonymise information when those purposes no longer require it, subject to applicable obligations and backup cycles.
Hosting and security data are subject to the provider’s applicable retention settings and service terms. Temporary page interaction information stays in browser memory for the page’s lifetime and is not sent to an analytics service. You can ask us about information associated with your inquiry or request deletion using the contact above.
International processing and security
Nawa works across markets and uses providers with international infrastructure. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where relevant personnel and providers operate, which may have different privacy laws from your location.
Where a transfer is restricted by applicable law, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data. The website does not promise that visitor or inquiry data will remain in a particular country.
The website uses HTTPS. We aim to restrict access to information to people who need it for the purposes described here. No website, email system, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Arrange a suitable secure channel before sending confidential project materials.
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to personal information, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You may also object to certain processing, withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, or opt out of a use covered by local law. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions.
Email taher@nawapower.com with your request and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised agent’s authority. Please do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
If we decline a request, we will explain the reason and any available appeal route. You can ask for reconsideration by replying with “Privacy appeal”. You may also complain to the privacy regulator responsible for your location. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
For California and other US state residents, applicable rights may include learning the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information, as well as access, correction, deletion, and an authorised-agent request. The categories relevant to this website are contact identifiers, business or professional information, correspondence, and internet or network activity described above. These notices do not imply that every state privacy law applies to Nawa.
The website does not conduct sale, advertising sharing, or targeted advertising that would need to be disabled by a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not change that behaviour in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting. If our practices change, we will update the notice and provide the choices required by law before starting the new use.
Policy updates
We will revise this page when our practices change and show the updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Where a new use requires your consent, publishing a policy update alone does not provide it.
