Site fit and sequence

The site sets the schedule.

Nawa builds in a factory while the pad cures. What follows is the split of scope and the order of work, with no duration attached to a step nobody has run.

Scope

Who carries what.

The site provides

Land and pad
Level, drained, and engineered for the assembly weight.
Electrical service
Interconnection agreement, service entrance, and utility metering.
Network
Fibre to the pad, and the carrier arrangement behind it.
Permitting
Local approvals, inspections, and any jurisdictional review.
Heat rejection Configuration dependent
Needed for Module 20 only, where the plant sits outside the unit.
Transport route
Surveyed before order. The section is a permit load on most roads.

Nawa delivers

Built, wired, plumbed, and tested before they leave the floor.

From the service entrance to the rack busbar, with storage behind it.

Coolant distribution, in-row cooling, and the rejection plant where it is in scope.

  • Plant running under its own service

    Condition
    An industrial site holds an electrical service larger than the load it draws.
    Problem
    The unused capacity earns nothing and the site has no reason to build a data hall.
    Configuration
    Module 20 where a rejection path exists, Yard 400 where it does not.
    What changes
    The spare service turns into rack load without a new interconnection.

    Condition
