The awkward ones first.

Nawa is early. These are the questions that follow from that, answered the way they would be answered on a call.

Why go through Nawa at all?
The two sides rarely find each other. A site with an under-drawn service has no reason to build a data hall, and a compute buyer has no way to reach that service. Nawa signs both sides and carries the deployment between them.
Where does the engineering come from?
The engineering comes from an integrator package that has been reconciled and redrawn. Drawings that need an engineer of record go out for review before release.
What does a configuration cost?
No price is published. A yard costs what its accelerators cost, and freight and civils sit on top of that. Nawa has bought none of it yet. A quoted price this early would be a guess wearing a decimal point.
How long does a deployment take?
Schedule is set against the site. The steps are written out with what each one needs and produces, so timings can be fixed once a site is named.
Can these be transported by road?
At 3100 mm wide the section is over the standard road limit in most jurisdictions, so a move is a permitted one and the route is surveyed before an order. This is a real constraint and it sets which sites are reachable.
Which configuration suits a site?
The service decides. A site with an existing service and somewhere to reject heat suits Module 20. A site with a service and nothing else suits Yard 400, which carries its own power and heat rejection. Campus 7.5 is a different design basis for a site that can carry a hall.
Which accelerators do the racks carry?
No part number is published. The rack schedule fixes five racks and 112 trays at four accelerators each, which sets the power and thermal design. The silicon inside that envelope is selected with a customer.
What availability do you commit to?
Availability is written into the contract against the configuration deployed. The redundancy model behind it is public: an N+1 uninterruptible pair, an N+1 pump set, and coolant distribution drawn against the rack load.
